As far as I know, there is no player that does native playback over a SAMBA network without conversion. This one does and it plays all formats too. Recently, due to legal issues, AC3 and DTS playback have been removed. I hope this is resolved and its able to play them again!

Great app perfect duo with a nas system to download from. Reads all kind of file, easy to use, i ve tried many othet but all have a flaw except oplayer

A great app that does what you need it to do! Network sharing works well and was the reason I picked it up. Even though this is the lite version it isnt crippled at all. Definitely recommended!

Enter suggestion here Hi, Please add Bluetooth and wifi transfer feature. Please add scan to PDF feature. Please add air print and fax feature. Please add signature feature so that you can sign a document and then send it. Please add a feature to add date, time, page number, password, page border, image, and watermark to the document. Ive tried most of the media players. This is the best one.

Good controls and plays videos well. Sadly, AirPlay doesnt send video to AppleTV, and theres no DLNA (yet!) Add those and Id buy.

A very useful app comes in handy for videos that IOS wont play.

I was excited to see Chromecast support in a recent update but unfortunately the button does absolutely nothing. I love this app but this seems to be a bug that needs quick fixing. Also, make the Chromecast button more readily accessible... Its currently buried in a couple menus and is hard to find/annoying to toggle.

Tried streaming video using this app and VLC. VLC crushed Oplayer. Oplayer was choppy and laggy with a big banner ad. VLC was much faster (although not perfect), free and no banner ads. Im deleting Oplayer!

I love this app. It has the best quality and I have been looking everywhere for a free app like this. Love love love it!

Does what VLC does and more with a cooler interface. Ads are fairly unobtrusive.

Overall its a pretty good program the only bad part is whenever you watch something there is that little ad box.

I dont think some of the reviews here do this app justice. I use it for streaming from my iDevice to my Apple TV without issue. The app has not lagged for me as some have reported, most cases would be caused by internet connection. However, when I lock my device it has issues playing, I wish the ability to lock your phone and stream was available on this app. That is really the only issue I have had with it.

Just Downloaded. Cannot believe how easy it was to get and play my ITunes Music. Could not do it with other downloaded Apps which could find them but not play them, just showed 0:00 length for each song???

Do it. I needed something to play Dropbox songs one after the other, and this app puts any file into a playlist. YES. OPlayer is fantastic for music. Forget about Apple Music, iTunes and My Music. OPlayer is much more straightforward. One thing I do request is that it plays songs outside of the player so that I can, for example, change some OPlayer settings as I listen.

Been using it for years. Bought it too. The free ones better. Its got wrinkles though. The interface is mysterious but it makes sense once you explore it. Id give it a nine. Cuz there aint no 10s. Peace.
